Goal: Create a service in 48 hours on the subject - "Blue". During the brainstorm we decided to choose the following problem: How to cheer up the sad people?
Process: empathy, CJM, persona, interview, analytics, prototyping, sprint work, brainstorm, testing.
Insight: 5 out of 8 respondents said that they do not want to have fun, but they need to reflex and solve their problem. 6 out of 8 respondents wanted to switch attention. Go to the gym, meet friends, listen to music.
As a result, in 3 days our team developed a prototype of an application/service, which allows distracting sad people from bad mood, bad thoughts and shifting the focus from domestic quarrels to entertainment.
